In our range of South American coffees you will usually find unique lots that have been specially selected by a single farmer. These are often coffees chosen for their unique flavors and distinct character. This coffee is a blend of several farmers and therefore has a subtle character of dark chocolate, soft fruit flavors and light spiciness.Los Osos, "The Bears", is completely dedicated to the spectacled bear & we like that. Tremarctos ornatus, also known as the "Andean bear", and locally as Jukuamari is a protected animal classified as "Vulnerable" by IUCN due to habitat loss. The aim is to help the local organizations raise awareness among coffee farmers increase the fact that certain agricultural practices can also endanger other native species, such as the spectacled bear, but also jaguars or birds.
