The name Dhilgee was given by the Danche Washing Station after they first tried this coffee and it means " bloody red" in the Oromiffa language. The name represents this coffee in its full complexity. Light florals with a honeyed sweetness are very well balanced with red and purple berries notes everything with a chocolate long lasting aftertaste.
Danche Wasing Station has an organic certification and buys coffee cherries from 742 farmers that are 1ha to 2ha on average and that sit at high altitudes as 2.000 to 2.300 masl
