Delfin Carvajal of Finca El Corozal in Garzón, Huila, is a talented and ambitious coffee producer. His participation in our 2020 Colombian competition (Huila Magico) earned him a place in the Top 10. Moreover, in the 3rd edition, he ranked 5, leading him to successfully improved cup quality.
Situated at an altitude of 1500 masl, Finca El Corozal spans 3 hectares and cultivates 20,000 trees, including Caturra, Castillo, and Colombia varieties. Managed by Delfin's brother, Euclides Carvajal Córdoba, the farm is a family heritage that started with the purchase of 3 hectares in 2004 and expanded until 2011.
