Expect a rich body, good sweetness and notes of dark chocolate, hazelnut and biscuit.

Coming from Sitio Bateia, in the city of Castelo from Espirito Santo, a growing coffee production region in Brazil. This coffee has been decaffeinated using the CO2 process, where the washed beans are soaked in liquid carbon.

The CO2 in the liquid carbon then binds with the caffeine molecules, which are isolated and drawn out of the bean. This process is repeated until less than 1% of caffeine remains in the beans.
